Nice! ๐Ÿ‘

I won't repeat the thing about the controls, instead let's just say I liked most other things about the game :)
It was a little weird having the sick daughter mentioned near the end and never before that, it seems like something that should have been established as a motivational factor in the intro or at least near the start like having the character comment on a photo in his room or something.

Said nope to finding the totem and GTFO

Hey! I did a big roundup on a bunch of games in the jam (including yours) with some thoughts on each. Figured I'd share it here for anyone interested!

I loved it! Controls were a bit weird but it was fun!

This joint was fun. I didn't know what was gonna happen. Let me know what you think, Thanks!

This is a great collaboration and I really enjoyed the experience! I've posted a review on the jam submission page, and made a playthrough video:

this game has a great ps1 feel feels like the good old days come see

REALLY GOOD GAME DEV

I really enjoyed this. You did an amazing job at making this feel exactly like the PS1 survivor horror games. Keep up the good work!

I'm a sucker for PS1-era style games. I really liked the sinking timer; it really added an extra layer of stress and anxiety!

Hi, developer here. Thanks for the feedback and criticism.
We should work more on polishing the controls, but was left out due to our developing schedule.
The controls definitely are the weakness for our game.

And for the grammar part, it was our mistake not checking it.
I hoped u enjoyed the game!

Good Game

Hello, I played this game and I liked it, the concept was very interesting, although the controls didn't feel very smooth but aside that it was a neat little game, I got both of the endings, good work :)

Hi! thanks for the feedback!

Ya, the controls are definitely the weak points for the game, as the camera-bound controls are not up-to-date whenever the camera is switched to the new one. It was a design flaw we acknowledged, but we didn't polish it enough due to our developing schedule.

But nevertheless, thanks for playing our game!

good game but a lot of random freezing after texts, had to do multiple restarts

Good game. Remember Dreamcast games.

One straightforward criticism I have: the camera dependent controls didn't help the game be more user friendly, it was especially awkward with wasd instead of analog,  next time just stick to  normal character dependent tank controls edit: To go more into the weeds I have an additional suggestion for how you might improve your controls in a future title. In most fixed camera horror games the direction inputs work as follows: Up simply moves you foward, Down has your character walk backwards without changing the way they're facing, Left and Right input by themselves have the character rotate in place. The combination of UP or Down + Left or Right will have the character move in a circular turning pattern. This change would prevent players from getting stuck going in limited directions.

Hi, one of the developers here. Thanks for spending your time to give feedbacks.

We do acknowledge that the controls are not very friendly as we are also experimenting. However, due to our own personal schedule, we decided to finish it up ASAP, hence there are many parts that are left unoptimized.

Really appreciate your suggestion <3

game freezes when going to some egdes or blocked paths, there's no second key to open the 2nd locked room, if you use the key found in the back rooms, you can only open one of the 2 locked rooms, and cant escape due to not having enough equipments, also there's some kind of tentacles in the back rooms, it doesnt do anything.

Hi, sorry for the experience you had with our game, this is totally on us.

Also, the keys are definitely in the game, you can look around more corners to find the keys. The two locked doors are required to escape the ship.

Controls are not good. I got stuck behind one of the containers in the diving suit area.
